My husband and I both signed on for Adly’s 16 week program.

David - Adly was the first trainer I have worked with that made it easy to stay consistent and that I saw amazing results with! I lost 40lbs in 16 weeks and have stayed working out after the program. The workouts were great and challenging and have made me feel more athletic. I can also wear clothes that I couldn’t wear for over a year due to my weight gain. 10/10

This was my second time working with Adly, which again, was the best decision! Adly took care of our meals and all of our workouts for 16 weeks. I loved how challenging the workouts were! I have lost 40lbs so far since starting up my workout journey with Adly. I am so pleased with my results and will continue to push myself to meet each new goal!

Also, as amazing as the workouts and meal plans are, Adly can’t do all the work for you, you have to also do the work and stay consistent. 🙏

About 8 months ago I decided to make a lifestyle change, I wanted to start exercising and begin eating better but truly didn’t know where to start. Never being a gym go-er before I called on Adly to train me, and boy am I sure glad I did. Throughout the months I have noticed significant changes in my overall muscle dimension and overall body health. Adly has true passion and love for what she does and it shows through her bubbly and easy going personality. It’s evident she loves her job and whole-heartedly cares for each and every one of her clients. When asked about personal trainers, I wouldn’t suggest anyone else!

She started online training with me on October 10th, 2016. At the time we started she wanted to put on some muscle and she was in a calorie surplus so we trained based off of this for 3 months. The picture on the far left (in both pictures) is when she ENDED her 3 month calorie surplus and muscle building with me. The picture on the far right is 6 weeks into her leaning out phase.

Adly and I were teammates in high school and I've known her for more than half of my life... so I knew I could trust her when it came to personal training. I went from 2-3 hours a day of non stop fitness to zero hours after high school. I began gaining weight and I didn't know where to start when it came to working out.. nonetheless losing weight. It was intimidating. I sought advice from Adly. I live in California now and even way out here I was able to text her when I had questions and she would check up on me to see how everything was going. "A little over a year ago I decided to get my health back on track with working out. I started with cardio and strength training. After 6 months I stopped seeing changes in body and a friend suggested lifting weights and my response was "heck no!" I have always been intimidated by the gym setting and weights but Adly changed that. In May I started training with Adly and I'm so happy I made that choice. She started with teaching me the basics and has helped me progress in my knowledge and confidence in lifting weights and building muscles that I never knew I had. At 37 years old and mother of 3 kids I feel amazing and get complements on being in shape. I couldn't have done it without Adly!
